Cub Cadet is an American based company that manufactures garden power equipment and is well-known for their premium zero-turn mower range in particular.
Established as IH Cub Cadet in 1960, as part of International Harvester, it existed as a new line of heavy-duty small tractors using components from earlier series. In 1981, this division was sold to the Modern Tool and Die (MTD) corporation due to financial hardship and became a wholly subsidiary of MTD, a global brand that is regarded as one of the largest manufacturers of powered garden machinery across USA, Canada and Europe.
Horace Fuller are proud to stock and supply some of the infamous Z series for customers across the UK. The Z series is a fleet of zero-turn Cub Cadet ride-on mowers, first released in 1997, that offer the capabilities to mow lawns that are large in size and manoeuvre in tight spaces and operate nearer to obstacles, as well as mow at faster speeds than conventional lawn tractors. Popular features such as the side-discharge and mulching addition means grass cuttings are chopped into finer pieces so they decompose faster and do not build up.
